Call for Papers

As the twenty-first century enters its problematic teenage years, this conference examines how we define and understand C21 writings in English and the forms they take. This two day event will unite academics, publishers and creative writers to consider twenty-first century literary developments and how they have changed what we write and read today and the future of Literature in the twenty-first century.

Proposals for conference papers of 20 mins may address, but are not limited to:

• New Environments

• Technology and Science

• The Future of Theory

• (Re)Writing the Past

• Literary Forms, Old and New

• Creative/Critical Interfaces

• Digital Platforms and Social Media

• Intertextuality and Interdisciplinary
